By creating an account or using Influx OS ("the Service"), provided by Influx Entrepreneur LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your content, and complying with applicable law. We provide the Service "as is" and may update features over time. Either party may terminate; on termination you may export your data.
We respect your privacy. Influx OS is designed to run on infrastructure you control, and your business and customer data stay on your stack. We collect only the account and billing information needed to provide the Service, never sell your personal data, and use privacy-first analytics. You may request access to, or deletion of, your account data at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unlawful communications; host malware or phishing; infringe others' intellectual property; harass or harm others; or attempt to breach the security of the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
You own the content, sites, and customer data you create with Influx OS. AI-generated output is provided to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, originality, and compliance before use. AI output may occasionally be incorrect or resemble existing material — verify before relying on it. Our platform name, logo, and software are our intellectual property.
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial paid subscription for a refund of that period. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period begins, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. White-label and reseller arrangements may have separate terms provided at signup.
